Most of the homes we clean in Burlington are on a repeat schedule. Some families want us every week, some every other week, and a good number of clients just want the floors and bathrooms done once a month so the weekends stay free. Any of those works. Tell us what you want covered and how often, and that becomes the plan.

A regular visit means the same people learn your house. They know which room the dog sleeps in, which counters collect the mail, and which bathroom the kids are hardest on. After the second or third visit nobody has to explain anything.

What is included

• Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance fronts wiped down
• Bathrooms scrubbed, including toilets, tubs, showers and mirrors
• Dusting of reachable surfaces, shelves and furniture
• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
• Trash emptied and liners replaced
• Weekly, biweekly or monthly, and you can change it any time

• You want a set day each month when the floors and bathrooms get done
• A cleaner you found on your own keeps cancelling

What it costs

We price the whole job rather than the hours. Misty or a team member looks at the space, or you describe it on the form, and you get a number before anyone starts. Rooms, frequency and how long it has been since the last clean set the price. If something is unusual, a lot of pets, a finished basement, the inside of the oven, say so and it gets priced in up front.
