We start by walking the space with you. Restrooms, break rooms, entry glass, floors, trash, and whatever else matters in your building. From there we set a schedule and a scope, and the same crew handles it each time.

What it costs

We price the whole job rather than the hours. Misty or a team member looks at the space, or you describe it on the form, and you get a number before anyone starts. Rooms, frequency and how long it has been since the last clean set the price. If something is unusual, a lot of pets, a finished basement, the inside of the oven, say so and it gets priced in up front.
