West Burlington sits right next door, close enough that we are there several times a week. It is also where a lot of the area's commercial space is, out along Agency Street and around Westland Mall, which is why so much of our office and storefront work is here.

On the residential side, West Burlington is mostly newer than Burlington proper. Ranches and split-levels from the 60s onward, and newer subdivisions further out. Less old woodwork, more carpet, more open floor plans, which changes what a visit focuses on.
